VISA Processing & Inquiries
Yes. Consulates and embassies standardly demand original paper bank statements with original bank ink stamps and signatures. Scanned copies are only permitted for digital application portals (e.g. Canadian Portal).
Embassy fees are strictly non-refundable once the file is submitted for review. Agency handling and coordination fees cover file curation, translations, and booking mapping work, hence they are also non-refundable.
No agency can guarantee visa approval, as the decision rests solely with the immigration officers of the respective embassy or consulate. Our role is to optimize your documentation, file representation, and schedules to maximize approval possibilities.
Flight & Hotel Bookings
Cancellation and modification parameters depend on the airline's fare rules (e.g., promo vs flex fares). Airlines charge modification penalties, and our agency charges a standard coordination fee for executing changes.
Your voucher fee standardly covers room charge and applicable hotel taxes. Meal plans (e.g. breakfast) and local city/resort tourist taxes are specified on the voucher and may need to be cleared directly at check-in.
