A submission of a visa, flight, or hotel request is an expression of interest. Flights are not locked, and visa files are not submitted for processing until a standard quote is agreed upon and the necessary deposits are confirmed by our team.
We serve as a coordinating agent. We do not control airline delay decisions, hotel room modifications, or embassy visa approval criteria, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from flight cancellations or visa rejections.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they provide accurate names matching their passports, valid passport numbers, and authentic financial files. Incorrect information will lead to ticketing failures or visa refusals.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from service bookings shall fall under the jurisdiction of local courts in Dhaka.
